Overview

OST, Inc. is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Managed Service Provider for IT Staff Augmentation (PA ITSA). OST facilitates the staff augmentation procurement process between Commonwealth hiring managers and the nationwide PA ITSA vendor network. OST is partnered with VectorVMS and provides a Vendor Management System that handles the workflow from beginning to end. The PA ITSA program is dedicated to transparency, continuous improvement of process efficiency, and providing opportunities to the Small Diverse (SDB) and Veteran Business (VBE) communities.

Small Diverse and Veteran Business Registration

In order to participate in ITSA as a Small Diverse or Veteran Business, companies must first be registered with the PA Department of General Services Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion & Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO)

Program Documents Available in VectorVMS

For your information, if you activate the "Attachments" widget on the VectorVMS dashboard, you will find a number of documents pertinent to the program. To activate, in the upper right corner of your dashboard is a "Configure Dashboard" icon; click on it, and drag "Client Attachments" down to the dashboard, then hit "Save and Close".
